Based on the link you provided, the Maxon compressor uses 11mA DC center negative, so basically any of the outputs would work.

The Boomerang needs 500mA, so you might have to combine outputs if you are using one of the older Voodoo Lab power supplies.

I just got a PP3+ and it came with 13 cables. 12 of them are black on both ends, and one is red at one end. Am I correct in assuming the 12 black on both ends cables are standard tip negative cables and the one red one is tip positive?

Are you using the sub n up mini on a daisy chain already? I believe it requires 100 mA and it’s definitely digital. Purchased as an expander kit, there is no included power source. And as such, the X4 itself would be powered from a high current 12VDC output of some other Pedal Power supply (likely a Pedal Power 4x4 or Pedal Power MONDO) thus "expanding" the number of isolated outputs attainable from that supply....
