Yes it is. I have changed the board this weekend. It is now setup Polytune mini & JHS TwinTwelve on a one plug split to them, Keeley Caverns v2 and the Trio Plus and a Boss Mini Katana on the last plug. No issues at all. I got it in the mail yesterday. It tests at around 450mA. With the X4, I have the polytune & muffuletta, twin twin twelve & hof reverb ran on two ports. The trio on the third and it works perfectly. Played it for over two hours without a hiccup.
