Re: ac outlet use
Perfectly safe quiet to power any model Pedal Power from the Courtesy Outlet on your Pedal Power 2+. I hope that helps! But won't you get some noise if The second pp2 is used to power pedals in amp effects loop? I was told use one ppap for before amp and separate non daisy chained one for effects l...

pedal power ac mounted inside a furman.
So I love the idea of the rock man power station that has 9vac as well as normal ac outlets. So I opened up my furman power conditioner and there is tons of unused space. So I am planning on taking the guts of my pedal power ac and mount them inside the furman chassis and drill some holes on side to...

Are Control switcher jacks isolated from eachother?
Wanted to know if the sleeve of each control jack is connected to each other or isolated. I had a new idea I wanted try which would use the Control switcher as a remote relay to send and audio signal to an effect when Tip and sleeve are open and then to ground the audio signal when tip and sleeve ar...

Could I use the old firmware chip from a GCP and try to make my own midi board with it? Basi...

GCX bufferred input question?
Hey John,
When using the GCX buffered guitar input, are both the Guitar out and feed thru buffered? Or is only the Guitar out buffered?

John,
I think you are going to need a time machine for your time machine for this one Is the PX8 still a go?

Can I wire 3 pedal power 2+ outputs in series for 24v?
I know I would have to make a little junction box to do this, but technically this should be possible.
Just wondering if there were any concerns from the Voodoo lab side?

Re: When using current doubler with pedal power 2+
Nothing special has to be done, there is no possibility of creating a ground loop here. You can tie all the outputs together in parallel if you want! So what exactly are you powering? There may be another way to do it that wouldn't require all this. I was going to send 400ma down 2 pins of a midi c...

When using current doubler with pedal power 2+
What are you doing inside the cable that is preventing any grounding loops from having 2 outlets wired in Parrnell? Or is having the 2 grounds connected ok and not treated as 2 paths to ground via two separate isolated outputs? need to know cause I was going to make a little box that uses 3 pedal po...
