have you put the cable in the midi-out connector?

yep, just use a 5 pin midicable

Do you use a midipedal to switch the loops or just tap the effect on and off?

if it's the second, try switching it with the midipedal
if you don't have a midipedal: try getting one..

Well.. as the title says.. My GCX and ground control won't connect anymore I had this problem since I bought it actually, they all of a sudden lose connection or won't connect when I switch power on.
