I have a GR-33 and the GCP controls it fine. I can change presets without a problem. You just need to get the two talking to each other and off you go. I am still working on changing expression parameters in the GR-33, but this also seems to be possible.

Hi, I am using a GCP with a GCX, then into the AxeFx and on to a GR33. I go midi from the GCP -> GCX -> AxeFx, with the volume pedals (VPJR 6181 25k) hooked up to the GCP. Thanks for your reply John. I just was feeling a little left out with the Line 6 and other templates. Makes sense though, since the sample presets do little good for me.

I have a couple of questions on the use of the GCP with the GCX: I want to continue to use the GCP to control the loops on the GCX, but would like to also use the GCP to send CC's to my AxeFx for controlling internal effects. Take a look at the new Alesis F2. Looks to be of quality construction and offers both expression and volume controls on the same pedal.
