My preset 4 button flew off at my last show. I have all the pieces but the spring is gone. The switch still works which is good news. Any clue what size spring fits into the switch?
Thanks!

Re: GCX/GCP Not communicating
It was the cable, thanks! In the meantime I also wired the GMajor so it's directly in the loop of my amp without going through the GCX. Somehow cleared out my volume loss issue. Working!

Re: GCX/GCP Not communicating
The only other MIDI piece I have is a TC GMajor 1 that is linked with the GCX as a device. Never had a problem with it communicating with the GCX, but as a result of the communication issue between the controller and the switcher, the GMajor doesn't switch presets either (obviously because there's n...

Re: GCX/GCP Not communicating
I am 100% positive it was inserted correctly. I had the GCP sitting on top of my rack and was looking directly at the connection port (and cable) as I was inserting it. Whenever the cable isn't inserted properly on my GCX, the display goes weird and nothing lights up. The whole time I was trying to ...

GCX/GCP Not communicating
I played this past Friday night, everything was working better than it has in a long time which was nice. I brought all the gear to another of my rehearsal spaces last night, set it up and promptly noticed that although my GCP appeared to be working fine, it was not communicating with the GCX. The a...

Re: GCX with GMajor Volume Loss
I'm running a DBX 166A compressor as well. Channel 1 goes in front of the amp for comping and gating, Channel 2 goes through the effects loop as a gate placed before the Gmajor. Routing is as follows: Amp Send -> In of Loop 6 (S/R to DBX) -> Out of Loop 6 to In of Loop 7 (S/R to Gmaj) -> Out of Loop...

GCX with GMajor Volume Loss
Hey guys, I've been running a TC GMajor 1 through my GCX since I put my rack together a few years ago. In that time I've gone from a Mesa Triple Rec to a H&K Statesman and have had volume issues with both heads whenever the Gmajor is activated. It runs mono through the effects loop and all is fine a...

GCP IA Functions question
Hey, I'm running a Hughes and Kettner Statesman head along with the GCX/GCP combo. For whatever reason, the channel switching function on my amp is reversed, so when I engage a loop to activate my A/B IA switch, it switches to the clean channel (default is gain channel). Is there any way I can rever...

Tap Tempo with GCX, GCP and Gmajor 1
Hey,
I'm running a GCX/GCP setup with a G Major 1. I have the GCP set up for 4 presets per bank, and am wondering if I am able to have IA Button #1 be used solely as a tap tempo for my G Major, while running through the GCX.
Possible!?
Thanks,
Royce
