John, thanks for the prompt reply and the clear answer. I'm ordering some of these now.
Also, thanks for all your help last year getting my VL system up and running. It's worked flawlessly since you walked me through everything. I really appreciate it.

Positive Ground with PP+2
I've got a Tone Bender Mk2 clone that I want to run with my Pedal Power Plus 2 box. Embarrassingly, I can't really make sense of the manual as pertains to this action. Do I need to flip the dip switch on the corresponding power out? Do I need to order a special cable or can I do this with the cords ...

Re: Control Switcher doesn't work, what's up?
Every component seems to be acting strange, regardless of the configuration, power source, or MIDI cable I'm using. I've tried 3 different Switchers, the Control Switcher and the Commander in every possible combination.

Control Switcher doesn't work, what's up?
Hi. I just wired the Control Switcher into my Switcher/Commander set up and now everything's acting weird. I'm going Guitar > Lehle P-Split > Switcher A > Amp A and Switcher B > Amp B Midi signal is Commander Midi Out > Switcher A In, Out to > Switcher B In, Out to > Control Switcher In, Out to > Co...

Re: Recommend me some cabling
Doing the cabling for the rig and need to replace the (my mistake) TRS cables used throughout. Uh-oh. What's the difference between TS & TRS as it relates to Voodoo Lab Switcher/Commander rigs? I'm about to make a ton of cables for use w/ pedal switcher & commander; I got a bunch of TS connectors. ...

Re: Boss Tuner & Pedalboard w/ Switchers & Commander?
You can route the tuner before the first switcher or put it in the first loop of the first switcher so it will not affect your signal when not in use. Really it can go anywhere you want but we usually try to run a tuner before any effects to avoid any mishaps. Who here has ever tried to tune a guit...

Boss Tuner & Pedalboard w/ Switchers & Commander?
I'm finally switching from pedals-duct-taped-to-stage to a pedalboard with VL Switchers & Commander. Where in the chain should I run my Boss TU-3 tuner pedal? Is there any advantage to running the tuner into one of the Switchers? Seems like I'd want to preserve my Switcher loops for actual effects. ...

Orange Channel Switch with Switch/Commander system
I have an Orange Rocker 30; it has a natural channel and a dirty channel, both switchable via a one-button box that connects to the chassis.
Can I use my VL Switcher/Commander rig to change channels? I'd really like to integrate the two amp settings into my Commander presets.
Thanks.

Ah-ha. Thanks.JohnClark wrote:The Commander connects to the Pedal Switchers through a series MIDI connection.
The audio Outputs of the two switchers after the Y split is what will run to the inputs of your two amplifiers.
