You could get a MIDI Solutions Event Processor ($129). It will map MIDI CC to MIDI PC. The triaxis probably needs MIDI PC messages to change channels - just program the Event Processor to convert whatever MIDI CC is being sent from the GCP to the correct PC for the triaxis.

No. The GCP has two modes: 10 preset buttons w/0 Instant Access, or 4 preset buttons w/8 Instant Access.

Hmmmm. So, I know that the ISO-5 literature says it powers Eventide pedals, but...I'm not sure how it can. The Eventide pedals are spec'd at 9V, 1200mA. The high current output on the ISO-5 only puts out 300mA....so something's wacky there. Even the current doubling cable doesn't get you to 1200mA. ...
