Re: 2290(series) and G-Force(parallel) help?

Hey John, I want to run the 2290 series so I can use its tremolo, chorus, pan. Yes, I connected it in between Mix 1 outs and mix 2 in 1. If I use the 2290's internal bypass that is midi controllable, how would I be able to switch it in and out like an instant access switch? I'm using the G-Force for...

Re: 2290(series) and G-Force(parallel) help?

Ok.....I figured it out. What sucks though is the 2290 can't be triggered by one step of the switch. I need to tap dance 2 loops to get the Left plus right going. It would be awesome if there was some feature that allowed me to step on an instant access switch that turns on another with it. I put th...

2290(series) and G-Force(parallel) help?

I'm ashamed I can't figure this out on my own, but the 2290 having only a single Input is really messing with me. Just to make my signal path as simple as possible right now I'm going to leave out everything else. If I go.....Guitar--->Triaxis--->System Mix 1 in 1--->Passive Split--->GCX IN--->GCX S...

Re: Organizing cables in the back of my rack

Go to the hardware store and get some plugs. It's pretty easy to cut your power cables down to the size you want, and then reconnect a new plug to them. You'll need a wire cutter, and something to peel the outer covering(to expose the 3 wires) back about 1 1/2 inches. Connect the black(hot) wire to ...

Re: Best expression pedal for whammy?

Well, I should first start out by saying I'm a moron!! Ok, now that's out of the way. Somehow I missed the part in the teeny tiny manual that Digitech gives you with your Whammy that you need to set your CC to 011. My EB Vol now works perfectly fine. I already bought the Mission Engineering EP-1 and...

Re: GCX with pedals Rack unit and amp

First you'll want to set your G-Major up, so it will talk with the Ground Control and also get the G-Major named. That's done in setup mode. Press both setup mode buttons at the same time. Then choose Device Name/Channel, it's #2. This is where you choose what midi channel you want the G-Major on. S...

Re: GCX Loop Send question

Something is seriously wrong then. I'm sure people will want to see your rig diagram, even though you explained it very well.....could you post an in depth schematic???

Re: GCX Loop Send question

This makes no sense. Once you send from Loop 6.....7 and 8 should never see signal. Same with all the loops.....Once a loop is activated the send is sending signal elsewhere, in this case one of your fx units, and then into your line mixer, and then into your power amp I'm assuming.
