Re: Eventide Time Factor MIDI control
Sorry for the belated reply! Yes, I'm using 4 Presets per bank in order to be able to control the loops on RG16. Any ideas of what I should do to get this right?

Eventide Time Factor MIDI control
Hello everyone, I was just wondering whether you could help me out with a couple of short questions. I own Time Factor and for some reason I can't program it correctly. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something that is really basic so maybe you guys could shed some light. What I basically need to do is ...

Re: G Force switching problems
I'm afraid that there seems to be some miscommunication here.... The steps that I followed are the same as the ones in the following video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cBhOksI01c The only difference is that in one of the loops I've connected a rack processor (GForce) which has been assigned a dif...

Re: G Force switching problems
Thank you once again for replying, it's hard to get support these days, especially if you live in a small island in Europe where most people don't even know what MIDI means! It's nice to find people as helpful as yourself and any person on this forum. I'll get back to you as soon as I have the chanc...

Re: G Force switching problems
To provide you with some further clarification: Preset 1 is a clean sound, with the amp's FX loop engaged and a patch from the Gforce (patch 12 from the GForce which is an edited Chorus/Reverb sound)=the GForce is in loop 5 so I have this turned on. Having chosen the patch number from the edit mode ...

Re: G Force switching problems
The preset was saved in terms of the loops I chose which were active whenever the preset was engaged but the patch number chosen on the GForce couldn't be saved-it changed whenever I pressed on a different preset. I hope this clears it up.

Re: G Force switching problems
OK, here's another example of the problem I'm facing.. I entered setup mode and assigned a MIDI channel to the Gforce. I then saved a preset (the very first one from the first bank on the GCP) using a clean sound from the amp and using the amp's FX loop. I then edited the preset, scrolling to the se...

Re: G Force switching problems
Hi there! Thanx for clearing that up. However, the steps that I followed are pretty much the same. I stored a preset, controlling both the RG 16 and the amp, yet when it came to editing the preset (which as you pointed out requires pressing and holding the setup button and then saving by exiting thi...
