One thing I can say for certain is that you definitely can't go wrong powering it from the 9V outputs. In order to find out if it's safe to power it from 12V you will have to contact Arion and ask them as they are the ones who make the pedal and would know what voltages the circuit can handle.

The Pedal Power 2+ will power everything with the exception of the Morpheus Drop Tune. I can't say for sure whether or not the PP2+ will power it as they do not publish their power specs.
