PP2 with Vox and Moog

I have PP2+, four of them power my main rig. I am trying to power a Vox Big Bad Wah and a Moog MoogerFooger 12-Stage Phaser, and neither are powering up. Which cable should I be using?

Help me, John!!!

I have two PP2+'s connected to my Pedaltrain Pro. I know that with the correct cabling, it will power nine of pedals nicely. There are three that I am concerned about... 1.
