Is it actually proprietary though? It would appear as though the rocktron stuff and the behringer fbc1010 had the ability before the Grandmeister and FSM432 even came out.
Not trying to argue, just trying to dig a little deeper

Re: Ground Control With Grandmeister
John,
I don't suppose this is a feature that could be added to the GCP, is it?
Thanks

Re: Ground Control With Grandmeister
Hey John, the forum links I referred to in my original post were just generic suggestions of following the GCP owner's manual for setting an IA switch to the corresponding control # of the feature you want to control on the Grandmeister. Although tap tempo was specifically asked about in those posts...

Re: Ground Control With Grandmeister
I have the Grandmeister Deluxe 40. It has delay time on controller number 4. The dedicated FSM432 footswitch has a tap tempo button, so I know it’s possible somehow. On the bottom of page 7 on the manual is a “Heads Up” that I believe may be the key to the answer, I just don’t know if the GCP is cap...

Re: Ground Control With Grandmeister
Were you able to get tap tempo working with the Grandmeister?? I’ve been trying to find an answer to this on the Internet but all I can find is a few people asking if it’s possible followed by a few replies on how to set it up but never a confirmation that it actually worked...

Re: GCP + GCX or Control Switcher
I just figured it out! The Gcx loops were globally assigned to the corresponding IA buttons, and as soon as I changed that the preset functioned correctly! Thanks for your help carstenlange!!!

Re: GCP + GCX or Control Switcher
Carstenlange, I appreciate your reply! However, your process is how I have been programming it And the IA buttons continue to light up! Am I missing a step? I chose my preset, I clicked all the IAs off, entered edit mode, scrolled down to gcx, hit the IA button for the loop I want to activate, save ...

GCP + GCX or Control Switcher
I currently have GCP and a GCX and i'm trying to figure out if it is possible to program a midi message within a preset on the GCP (button 1-4) to switch the loops on the GCX so that i can avoid wasting IA buttons. I would like to dedicate all 8 IA buttons towards switching between fx on my processo...
