Re: RUNNING GROUP OF PEDALS IN EFFECTS LOOP OF MULTIPLE AMPS

this is a problem i have had too. from what i can find no one has made a unit specifically to do this. i worked out a way to use the gcx to switch loops on two amps but this would mean using four gcx loops just to change the selected fx loop. if you want to use ethe other amps while the pedals are i...

Re: Poping or clicking when on/off TC G-Force

as i have posted, i believe the clicking is amplified when used in the fx loop. this is because the signal that is being pushed harder by the preamp, and all the gain involved. any noise, be it from switching or inteference, or just noisy gear suffers the same consequence, in any amplifier. you may ...

frequency analyzer

has anyone tried to use the electro harmonix frequency analyzer with a pedal power. it says it is 40v 100mA, and it has the red barrel type connector. this seems really random to me, and i gather a custom lead isn't going to do. any advice? cheers

Re: Click noise when changing presets

i have found that any audio loop with the gcx pops, regardless of what units are being switched. The loops before the amp only pop when being turned off, but those in the loop pop when turning on or off. both with or without buffer. is this due to the kind of relays used in the switching of audio lo...

Re: ground control with g major

hey dude, unfortunately you cant use seperate chorus and flange blocks like this, not even with the g-force. this is about the only major set back with these units, you will also find that set up for instant access you will only be able to use one delay too. the way the effect blocks work in the tc ...

Re: Making friends with PROCTAVIA

dude, its all about the guitar, try using your pickup switch, vol and tone knobs. its best in front of a dirty amp. the two ways i commonly use it is 1- for huge chords, bridge pickup, full vol, full tone. 2- for cool hendrixy leads, neck pickup, tone all the way off, vol to suit the need. i always ...

captain coconut 2

a few years ago , a friend of mine had a fox rox captain coconut 2 pedal, then he sold it for $1200. at the time i could not afford one, but wanted it desperately. since then i have searched for one of my own. as i could not find one (they are very highly regarded and in incredibly high demand, as t...
