Re: Pedal Power 2+ and 2 Eventide H9s

Yes, possible. To power the 1st H9 use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP in outputs 4 and 5, DIP switches set normal (9VDC) with a 2.1mm/2.5mm Reverse Polarity Barrel Cable, part# PPL6, PPL6-R And similarly, to power the 2nd H9 use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP in outputs 6 and 7, DIP sw...

Re: 120 V Power Cable for Pedal Power 2 Plus

This cable is called an IEC power cord and is the same type commonly used for powering a desktop computer (no specific brand required) . You can likely find a replacement (of the desired length and style) at a local electronics/hardware store, online retailer or... a bag in your garage. These links ...

Re: BUZZING from PP2+

Certainly, powering the Flashback X4 from output 5 or 6 should work great (and normally does).

If you test the Flashback (and then other pedals too if necessary) by picking it up and away from the pedalboard and power supply does the noise become less?

Re: Darkglass A.D.A.M and Power

It might be that the actual current draw of the A.D.A.M is less than the specified 500mA (a suspiciously round number) and that 350mA is in fact sufficient. If the A.D.A.M seems to work fine using outputs 4&5 as you suggest AND as long as the power supply is not getting hot to the touch (warm is fin...

Re: Can I do this?

No. 19V and 3.42A (3420mA) is not doable from the Pedal Power 2 Plus DC outputs.

But/FYI, if you have any such 19V power adapter, it would be fine to plug it in to the Pedal Power 2 Plus (rear panel) AC courtesy outlet.

Cheers!

Re: Correct cable/outlet needed for QTron+ for Mondo/4x4

Yes.

For the Q-Tron+, use the two selectable 9/12V outputs each set to 12V with the Voltage Doubler Cable (reverse polarity, 2.5/2.1mm), part# PPEH24.

For the 18V MXR use any two 9V outputs with the Voltage Doubler Cable (standard polarity, 2.1mm), part# PPY.

Cheers!

Re: Pedal Power 2 plus w/ 3 high current requirement pedals

Yes. To power the Boss RC-550, use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP in outputs 4 and 5 (or 6 and 7), DIP switches set normal (9VDC) with one of the all black (standard polarity) cables. And, to power the Blue Sky use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP in any two outputs, DIP switches set nor...

Re: Pedal Power 3+ Temperature

Generally, use as such should be fine and even in the summer heat... The supply is quite robust.

That said, if any malfunction develops, certainly contact us (info@voodoolab.com) for additional assistance.

Thank you!

Re: 18 volts from x4 with doubler cable

Yes, you can use a voltage doubler cable to combine two 9VDC 500mA Pedal Power X4 outputs to create an 18VDC 500mA capacity. Note, drawing the full 500mA at 18V as such will draw 9V at 500mA from each of the two outputs used (1000mA in total), which is the maximum available from the X-Link output. C...
