Well, we're in the final stage of beta testing now. I'll post a note, and send you a PM as soon as we have units available.
Thanks!

Re: Amp channel switching via Pedal Switcher?
Johan, you are correct. A GCX can change amp channels when it's wired like so: http://www.voodoolab.com/gcxdiagrams/03-Wireless_Pedals_3chAmpSw.pdf A Pedal Switcher does not do this type of function because all of the loops are hard-wired together in series. A GCX has isolated loops as seen in the a...

Re: ABY MIDI
Yes, the last loop of a Pedal Switcher can be used as an A/B switch. All of the GCX's loops can be used as A/B because they are all isolated with independent In-Send-Return-Out jacks. You can see here that the Y-cable method is used to send the signal to 3 different preamps: http://www.voodoolab.com...

Re: GCP - Presets calling Instant Access buttons?
To make the instant access button status match with effects that are active on a given preset: 1. Call up the Ground Control Pro preset that you want to edit. 2. Press any of the Instant Access buttons that should be on for this preset. 3. Press and hold the EDIT button. 4. Once the Ground Control P...

Pedal Switcher - Guitar Player Mag Rig
Here's a pic of the setup used to go over some of the techniques used by Eric Johnson to get the "Cliffs of Dover" tone. This was used to create a video companion piece to accompany the article I wrote for the mag. Just to note, the green box on the shelf is the prototype for Giggity! http://i201.ph...

Re: Control more than Amp Channels
Dan, you can control many things like reverb, boost, and FX loops and other functions via the GCX. The loops of a GCX can be used for audio, but are also isolated from each other so they can be used as switches. In this example, you can see the Mesa head has 4 different functions. Here's how it look...

Re: best signal path for Line 6 FM Pro (rack processor) w/GCX
Jeff, mine seemed to work fine. Here's what worked for me: I set my FM Pro to MIDI channel 1. On the Ground Control Pro, I went into SETUP mode and picked INSTANT ACCESS. When I got 1.GCX-1 LOOP on the screen, I scrolled using the DATA +/yes button until it read 1.CH01 CTL000. I then moved the value...
