Great rig! I had similar issues as well. To fix it I started by disconnecting everything from the GCX then plugging one pedal in at a time through the GCX to my amp. If pedal #1 worked then I'd add pedal #2. If #2 worked then I'd add the third and so on. In the end it came down to the George L cable...
