Try some more trouble shooting: try changing cables, try varying the orientation of the two pedals, try changing the wah's position in your chain. Another to try, is to take a flat piece of metal (maybe a couple layers of tin foil), and put it between the wah and the 4x4 when they're close together...

I recently got a 4X4 power supply and installed it under my pedaltrain board. I noticed that my wah pedal is much noisier now when engaged. When I move the wah physically away from the 4X4, the humming sounds drops noticeably. But when on my board, the noise is really loud. From my understanding, it...

Outputs 5 and 6, when switched away from Normal, are unregulated. the load put on these outputs will dictate the voltage. With a 50mA load, you will see about 14V.
