My amp is a EVH 5150III

My amp manual says...
"send a Control Change #85 message with a value of 63 or less to bypass the effects loop or a value of 64 or more to enable the effects loop"

can I do that? if so how?

I need more presets...
I currently use the GCP in 8 on/off "4 prst/bank" mode and am wondering if there is a mod to add more presets

there are 36 banks x4 presets while in "4 prst/bank" mode,
is this expandable?
