The diagram was a big help. The problem is you are feeding your guitar signal into Loop 4 and using the Loop 4 Out jack to re-route that guitar feed to Loop 6. Since GCX Loops can output a signal to only one location at a time - either the Send jack or the Out jack - when Loop 4 is idle your guitar...
