Hi John. Just wondering if this is still a thing. Like the other poster, I am holding off buying a board until I know this is an option. Do you have any info on it that you can share? Is it just an input and output, or will there be and FX send/return and MIDI as well? Thanks.

FS - GCX and GCP
Not sure if this is permitted in here so I apologize in advance.
I am selling my GCX and GCP, either separately or together. Both have a power supply and manual and are in great shape. PM me if interested. Thanks, and again, sorry if posting this is a violation of some sorts.

Re: GCP/GCX whammy and exp. pedal issue
Once again, nyteowl, you prove that reading is knowledge. That's the step I missed, assigning it to a device. But now I know that I can't use that pedal because the range is terrible. It may start at 0, but it only goes up to about 108. Not so good when you are using it for a whammy - or much else f...

Re: GCP/GCX whammy and exp. pedal issue
Thanks for the reply, Nyteowl. My bad, I didn't mention what I was using it for. I was in a hurry to get the thing posted and I overlooked that important part. I want it to control my Whammy pedal. I have a volume/wah already for volume. Although on a side note, I couldn't get it to work with volume...

Re: Advice, help, and stuff - GCX/FX loop noise
Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I'm not sure what it was but after unplugging everything and plugging them all back in it seemed to have fixed itself. I also did install Humfrees (man those are not fun to install) and I ended up getting an Ebtech Hum Eliminator as well and placed it in the FX Loop...

GCP/GCX whammy and exp. pedal issue
I have a Digitech Whammy into loop 1 of my GCX. It works fine when I step on the IA 1 button to activate it. I have an expression pedal (from a mammoth electronics kit) with a stereo output. I used this as a volume pedal for my G System and it worked fine. Never an issue. I connected the pedal with ...

Advice, help, and stuff - GCX/FX loop noise
So I finally got my rack put together. I have a GCX, Furman M-8x2, 5150 - 50 watt, GCP, and the following pedals: In the amps FX loop - Eventide Timefactor, TC Electronics Spark mini (two of these, one for a lead boost and one for the clean channel boost so there isn't the notorious volume jump betw...

Re: 2 Sliding Rack Shelves for $50 PPD! Too Good To Be True?
I just bought that shelf, but not from Parts Express (even though I live 20 minutes from them). I found it here: http://www.proaudiostash.com/product/19-inch-racking/rack-shelves/1u-19-sliding-rack-tray/148.shtml I wish I would have bought it from Parts Express though. Although the price was lower, ...

Re: GCX hum issues
Ok, scratch that last post. I found out the culprit. Those damn Eventide power supplies. They are causing noise when next to the send/return FX loop cables. I guess I just have to find a way to keep them away from everything. If there are any suggestions, again, I'm all ears.

Re: GCX hum issues
Thanks for the reply, Nyteowl. I figured out the problem and I'm not sure how to fix it. It seems when the GCX and the Furman power strip (which is the M-8X2) are next to each other I get the hum. I removed the GCX from the rack and plugged everything in exactly as before and problem was gone. I put...
