Re: HELP! Pedal Switcher

.....also, in between shows went and bought brand new top quality cables, just to be sure.
Fender Premium, 20' and 12' - Elixir cables, DiMarzio cables.
I'm now set for a couple years on guitar cable, it would appear.

Re: HELP! Pedal Switcher

How are you shunting the cable running to the input of the Pedal Switcher in this scenario? Paperclip. http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb76/guitarzan_1/Gear/IMG_6019.jpg Is it possible to apply this shunt to the cable that is running to the amp in this setup after pulling only the end that is cu...

HELP! Pedal Switcher

Hi. Pedal Switcher noise problems, extremely noisy stage. Large venue, house system and staff. Unreal emf, rf levels. I can shunt 40' of cable and have the amp silent. Guitar > cable > amp with guitar vol at zero is very quiet. Turn up the guitar and mute it, very noisy!! Pickups "picking up" lots o...

Re: Simple Board

It's a delay/sampler thing... I use it for very light delay only, very nice sounding. I found it at a yard sale for $5.00 The other pedal is a Krankshaft. It's Krank's take on a tube screamer. I know the OD debates rage on and on in forums... This model to me sounds the best with my Krank Revolution...

Re: Simple Board

Yes and Yes. Closest thing possible to retaining the straight into amp sound, while having the option to add a pedal or four.... or more if you link pedals together. The buffer input is really nice. Very handy for when you have a bigger stage and longer cable runs are required. This buffer sounds be...

Re: Simple Board

Trying a coupla different brands, but DiMarzio is the best to my ear. I've tried more expensive cable, but IMO DiMarzio is the brightest and clearest, and certainly a good value. Not "cheap" but not priced exotically either.

Re: Help!! Pedal Switcher Failure....AGAIN!

Sorry!! Belated follow-up: This unit went for a trip back home to Voodoo Lab and Mr. John Clark fixed her up in no time. Bad switching jack, it is behaving properly now. Great customer service and speedy repair. Moral of the story, don't bother with GC if there is a problem, get in touch with Voodoo...

Simple Board

The ever-changing working board, basic stuff. I prefer straight into the amp tone, but using a coupla pedals is a "necessary evil." This is why I love the Pedal Switcher, great cable only tone, with the option of an outstanding buffer for large stage gigs that require longer cable runs. Much thanks ...
