Re: hum problems with Dual Recto, GCAS, External swithing

I had the same hum problem when running two amps off of the GCX. EBTECH hum eliminator fixed it right up!

Re: GCP and GMAJ2 Expression Pedal

When you say you got the pedal to work when you wired it backwards it really doesn't work right. I'm telling you, I have tried EVERYTHING to get a EB volume pedal to work correctly thru the GCP and my G major 2. I have given up. I don't believe that there is any way to get this to work correctly.

Re: GCP and GMAJ2 Expression Pedal

I have tried a setup exactly how you are trying and never could get it to work. The display on the GCP would always sweep correctly but the effect would never turn on correctly on the G major 2 until the pedal position was past about 60%. It sucked and I never did figure it out and just gave up. If ...

Re: Can Ground Control Footswitches send Ctrl Change cmds?

John nailed it. You can control all of the functions of the G major 2 with the GCP. I have done it. Preset numbers, effects on an off and control the relays all at the same time. It seems complicated at first but once you get the hang of it you will realize how simple it really is. Don't ever get di...

Re: Best wa to hook up Boss NS2 to GCX

I understand everything you say and will hook it up that way. But just for my edification, where is the cable coming out of the Dunlop Crybaby Rack feeding into the GCX? Where is his guitar signal out of Crybaby going into the GCX. It's the only thing I can't figure out!!!

Best wa to hook up Boss NS2 to GCX

I have a GCX & GCP. I have a Boss NS2, Micro Pog, Carbon Copy Delay, EHX Doctor Q. I have all of the pedals in loops and working. I just need to know how to wire in the NS2. Where should it go? It's the only thing I haven't figured out. I have a setup very close the this example except no rack wah o...

Re: GCX & GCP 2 Amp setup

Ok, I tried setting this up today and got it to work with just the amps themselves. I didn't hook up the G Major 2. I have a problem though. Both amps are seriously noisy when hooked up this way. The same hum is present in both amps when switched on or off. Any suggestions?
