Re: GCX Patch Jacks
bettsaj Watching the video, I noticed something. I think the U shaped "Patch Jack" are made similarly to mine solution, but in reverse. The ground is folded over the TIP terminal, not under like mine. I may be "space out", but I think that's it! John, I live in a small town in Brazil, you can not im...

Re: GCX Patch Jacks
The amount of unshielded cable is about the same on a 1/4 TS plug with plastic tubing or pedal connectors like ones below. About 1.5cm of unshielded cable this is not enough to act as antenna for RF emissions below 20GHz. Signals with very high intensity may interfere, but they will also interfere w...

Re: GCX Patch Jacks
Hi there I made my self a "Patch Cables U" to link GCX loops. I used a ordinary 1/4 TS plug, bend 90 degree the ground contact and solder it together, jump the TIP over with a short wire. It's very easy, cheap and quickly to be made, see the pics. Mooer sell something like this but i dont know if it...

Ground Control PRO source code [FIRMWARE]
Hi
I am wondering if you guys, from Voodoo Lab, plan provide the Ground Control PRO source code in a open source license?
Cheers

Re: GCP MIDI mapping GCX1-GCX2-3rd
Hi Absolutely, I know that I can add the Xpression as a ordinary MIDI device (that's how it's today), but I think for my case do the Xpression go through as GCX2* is the better choice. If Xpression assume the role of a GCX2 I'll need to make the MIDI assigns only in the Xpression then the GPC will a...

Re: GCP MIDI mapping GCX1-GCX2-3rd
Sorry for my bad english! Apologies for my confused post! I'll try to be direct! I want to my GCP recognize a Rocktron Expression as an additional GCX, yes. Although they are different manufacturers, be a multi-loop switching device or a Multi-FX unit is irrelevant, because both devices communicate ...

Re: GCP MIDI mapping GCX1-GCX2-3rd
It's a simple matter of properly configuring your Ground Control Pro. When you add the second GCX, you will have to enable it in the GCPro, after which you will program your GCPro presets to send whatever MIDI information you desire to GCX1 and/or to GCX2. See Pages 10 and 11 in the Ground Control ...
