The 24V Q-tron should be powered using our 2.5mm Voltage Doubling Cable connected to any two of outputs 1-4 with the corresponding DIP switches set away from Normal. Is this the cable you used? Just put the original PSU back into the qtron and it no longer powers on (since plugging in the voodoo) so its possibly damaged my pedal.
What is the case with warranty here?
Sureley ehx will just say I shouldn't of used a 3rd party power supply? Or do voodoo take some responsibility?

Hi.. Just got the pedal power 2 plus and the voltage doubler cable.. Plugged into ports 1 & 2 and the dip switches set away from normal.
