It seems to me to be the wrong y cable. The link shows an insert cable (trs to send and return). I think you need a mono y cable, where the same signal is sent to both y plugs.

Has there ever been talk of an editing program for the GCP? Now that the Pro has a midi in, a software app could save tons of time programming entire shows and saving different shows that could be easily loaded in during setup, sound check, etc.

I still have my Ground Link (2 actually) and was wondering if I could use it with my GCP to gain 8 more instant access switches. Right now, it just duplicates the GCP access settings.
