Billy Corgan / Smashing Pumpkins : need help identifying one pedal

Hi guys
Here's a picture of Billy's pedalboard during the Adore tour (summer 98).
Near the Boss Tone is a pedal that look like a 2 knobs tremolo (yellow lettering) but it could be a Micro Vibe as well.
Also it looks like it has a third knob installed?
Was anyone at VL around during the early days of the pedal offering and that remembers what exactly Billy was using?
