Finally got it together.
Been working on this rack for a good while off and on. Had trouble getting the channel switches to work on the triple rec so I just used the boogie switcher. It would change, but I could never get it to go through all the channels. Will add a portable rack later.

That looks like its the receiver for the Line 6 Relay G90 wireless system.
