Original PedalPower Outputs failed

I have an original PedalPower that has had 5 of 8 outputs fail - the three that are working work fine for 9v and 12v output, but the other five are dead no matter the position of the dip switch. Any technical experts who can point me to components to look at that would explain this failure? A schematic would be great - I would feel comfortable starting troubleshooting if I could find one. Next best, can anyone point me to someone who does commercial repairs for the PedalPower? Thanks.
