Mondo issue

Bought a used mondo claimed to have only tested twice and all in working condition. Left jack #2 9v and right #8 aren't working after I hooked up my entire rig. I contacted the seller and he says something about having a couple of higher voltage tc electronic pedals and maybe the settings were changed. But from what I can tell the left side has no adjustable settings, correct? And the dip switches for the right are all in normal position. Any thoughts other than its just not working as they claimed?

No suggestion here other than to test with a pedal that works on other outputs then try it on the suspect outputs using the same power cable.
