Daisy Chain Twp 9 Vold Pedals?
Daisy Chain Twp 9 Vold Pedals?
Ive got an ISO-5 on my Dingbat Mini - but I have 5 9-volt stomp boxes and only 4 9-volt outputs on the ISO-5. I have read on the forums about the possibility of daisy-chaining a pair of low draw 9-volt stomp boxes off of a single high-current (400) 9-volt output on the ISO-5. But the Y-adapter (PPAV) that is referenced doesn’t seem like it will work. It has a pair of ‘male’ ends for the pedals, but the ‘Y’ end appears to be a ‘female’ end and I have no idea where that would plug into my ISO-5. Any thoughts??? Thank You!
Re: Daisy Chain Twp 9 Vold Pedals?
The reason for this is that the Output Splitter is merely an adapter. It plugs into one power supply output jack and terminates into two output jacks.
As such, you would then use two cables to connect two effect pedals to the two outputs of the output splitter adapter.
And, just a reminder... with more outputs, you might need additional cables too.
You can purchase additional power cables and adapters here: Power Cables and Adapters
Cheers!

Thank you very much. I did an ‘image’ search of the cable and saw that the ends are just as you described so that makes sense now. I actually stumbled across a clean Power Plus 2 from a gentlemen stepping up to either a 4x4 or a Mondo, so I snapped it up. Now each effect gets a dedicated 9v supply! I am confident I can find a new home for my ISO-5.
