Is it possible to power 2 Line 6 Digital Modelers (MM4 and DM4) with the Pedal Power II NON plus version? If it is, I assume I should use outlets 5 and 6 right?

The short answer is, look at the slots 5 & 6 on the PPII and you will see "L6" above each slot. 
Use the red barrel cables included, set the switch away from "Normal" and you are good to go.
