Pedal Power 2 plus and Eventide Timefactor

The only reliable way to power the Eventide Factor pedals with a Pedal Power 2+ is to use a Current Doubling cable connected to outputs 5 and 6 with the DIP switches set away from Normal. These outputs are unregulated in this mode and thus do not have such strict current limits. These are the only outputs that can handle the larger current spike at startup that the Factor pedals demand.

Powering these pedals any other way with a Pedal Power 2+ is prone to setting the pedal into shut down or for it to not start up at all. What may work at your house may not work at any random gig.
