Hi,
Anytime I do current doubling with a parallel Y-cable I do it with 2 of the ACA plugs, 2 of the L6 plugs (5 and 6) or 2 of the SAG plugs ( 7 and 8).
However, I just ordered the new BOSS RC-500 loop station. That pedal consumes 330ma at 9V. Can I do this same current doubling thing but combining the last ACA plug (4) 100mA with L6 plug (5) 250mA for a total of 350mA. Or should those not be combined like that?

Yes, that's fine.
To power the BOSS RC-500 loop station with Pedal Power 2 Plus, use a Current Doubler Adapter, part# PPAP in outputs 4 and 5 (or 6 and 7), DIP switches set normal (9VDC) with one of the all black (standard polarity) cables supplied.
Cheers!
