I'm trying to help diagnose a problem my daughter is having with her pedal power supply (Pedal Power Plus 2). A couple of weeks ago, we were going through sound check before worship and noticed that the power to her delay pedal (TC Electronics Triple Delay) would periodically just drop momentarily. We (mainly the other experienced guitarists), tried different things, like a different power cable, using a different output from the PS, and nothing seemed to change. She wasn't using that pedal that morning, so we left it bypassed.
That particular pedal had been donated for the board, and had not been used in a while. The conclusion was that at some point someone must have driving it with a high power supply a fried something.
Since then we have powered up the whole board for a few hours at a time, and not once has the power dropped to that pedal. However, the latest time we powered up the board, we noticed that another one of her pedals (TC Electronics Tube Pilot) was behaving the same way as the delay was previously. Again changing power outputs from the Pedal Power Plus 2 didn't seem to have any effect. However, if I used an independent 9V supply that we typically use for her practice amp the pedal stayed powered normally.
She has a total of 5 powered pedals. The two listed above as well as a TU Electronics Chromatic Tuner, a MXR M-102 Compressor, and a Boss Blues Driver.
At this point I'm starting to suspect a problem with the power supply. I've got a couple of idea to debug further, but would appreciate any ideas.

Re: Help debugging problems with a Pedal Power Plus 2
When the trouble occurs do the effect pedal's LEDs also turn off (or become dim, flicker, etc)?
Or, is it merely the sound that drops-out?
