Pedal Power 2 and Boss Pedals

I have an original Pedal Power 2 and not a 2+. I've got 3 Boss ACA pedals connected to it in positions 1, 2 and 3 with the dip switches in the "on" position. SOMETIMES I can turn all 3 pedals on and sometimes only 2 will turn on. I thought one of the pedals was bad, but when I started changing the barrel connector cables around I found that it does not appear to have anything to do with the pedal or even the jack on the PP2. It appears to be random that the PP2 will only power 2 of the Boss pedals at a time. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!

Is it always the same specific output jack from which the one of the three pedals sometimes does not work?

What are the specific pedal models?

Now they all seem to be working all the time. I did change out cables recently so maybe that was the issue. I'll come back to this thread if it gives me any more trouble. Thanks.
