Pedal Power Plus 2 and Keeley Monterey

Post by Guitarguy1964 »

I understand that for pedals over 100ma I need to use outputs 5 or 6 on the pedal power plus 2 but what about the Keeley Monterey which is rated right at 100ma? Is it safe to run the Monterey in outputs 1-4? I am already running 5 and 6 for a Wampler Terraform and a Keeley Cavern v.2.
Thanks for your help!

Yes, it should be fine to power your Keeley Monterey from any of the 9V 100mA outputs.

That said... If you want to be extra certain you could A/B it between a 100mA output and a 250mA output to confirm it's working 100% (ie. as expected).

Cheers!
