MOndo Issues

Post by U2guitarman »

Ok, Guitar straight into amp sounds great.

Now when I hook up through the board, with all pedals OFF the volume jumps along with a weird overdriven sound.

Board is:
Pale Green Comp>Bi-chorus>the depths vibe>timmy>screamer v2>EB jr, modded by T1m>timeline>EQD disaster transport>big sky.

I changed the timeline and Bigsky to true bypass. The only thing on is the modded EB JR buffer. Ive had the EB forever and haven't noticed the weirdness until recently so I don't think the buffer is causing the problem.

Any Ideas on what could be happening? All of the pedals are powered correctly with a Voodoo Lab Mondo and if gone through each pedal trying to get rid of the overdriven sound and it won't change. The only way I can get it to sound normal is the guitar straight into the amp

Have you tried going through just one pedal at a time... guitar directly to the pedal, pedal directly to the amp?

Surely they cannot all be causing the same issue individually.
