Brandnew Mondo stopped working after 30 minutes

All the 9V outlets stopped working and the fan and indicator light are off. High current side still works. I checked all pedals they are all ok and work with other power supplies and same cables. There is no fuse or anything I don't think.

So this would be up for a new one under warranty. What's my best bet - give it back to Guitar Center or deal with Voodoolab directly?

Issue is that I don't want to take out all the cables from the board that I've wired up already. And I don't even know which one are new and which are from my 4x4 that I already had.

Certainly not the experience we want you to have. Sorry for the trouble!

You can certainly go back to the store for an exchange. I seriously doubt they will demand the cables back since they can simply pull the ones from the new replacement.

If you would prefer to go thru us directly, please give us a call or write to info@voodoolab.com. Although we do like to get the cables simply to test them out, we will not make you pull all the cables off your board.

Guitar Center took it back and is sending me a new one. Stuff happens

Mine stopped working too. I purchased mine online so going to the vendor is not an option. It did the same thing stopped forking. Any idea what happened to yours? I bought mine just before christmas.
