Payment over phone or email

Hello,

I have been in contact with a Voodoo Lab representative. After discussion all details I was told payment was only over the phone, or broken up in different emails. So regardless my Credit/Debit card information would be going over the phone/email to a stranger who supposedly works for Voodoo lab. Forgive me if I come off as rude. It is not my intention, I am just very cautious/skeptical.

Can anyone else confirm that this is the ONLY method of payment? Has anyone else experienced this?

What is it you want to purchase that you have to buy directly from Voodoo Lab as opposed to getting it from an authorized dealer?

Also, I'm a little confused. You wrote that you've been in contact with a Voodoo Lab representative whom you later referred to as "...a stranger who supposedly works for Voodoo lab."

How did you get in touch with this person? Did he call you or did you call Voodoo Lab, and if the latter, what makes you doubt his authenticity?

I lost all of my cables. I need a lot of the cables. like 15 of all various sorts.

I was told to email him from another reply (I can only assume a voodoo lab rep).

I can understand the confusion. I guess I just want to know if the only way to pay for things is over the phone or over email, both which involve giving my CC information with limited security?

But why buy the cables from Voodoo Lab? Unless they're specialty cables, and even then, you should be able to buy whatever you need just about anywhere. Bottom line, shop around and buy from someone you feel comfortable doing business with.

I assume this is because you were trying to do something not easily covered by our Cable Store.

If you called us using the phone number listed on our Contact Us page, then you were talking to a real live Voodoo Lab employee.

However, if you still are not comfortable with these methods then as mentioned above, any Voodoo Lab dealer can get you what you want.
