Ground Control Banking with Eleven Rack

I have a Ground Control that has been set up by Sweet Water.
The Ground Control is connected to an Eleven Rack with Midi cable.

It is set up for 4 presets with Instant Access.

I can access the first 4 presets of every bank, but not the others.
Example: I can select 01, 02, 03, 04.
After banking, can select 11, 12, 13, 14
After banking again, can select 21, 22, 23, 24

I tried going into set up, but my only option is to bank 4 at a time or 10 at a time.

Why can't I see my other presets?

If I bank first time, I should see 05, 06, 07, 08.
Next bank should be, 09, 10, 11, 12

The Set up menu shows that it is set up for 4 preset bank.

The first two digits display on the Ground Control Pro are showing the Bank number and Preset Button number of the current Ground Control Pro preset.

In 4 Presets per Bank mode there are, as the name implies , only four Presets in each Bank... Presets 1, 2, 3, and 4. So if the Display says "03" that tells you you are in Bank 0 and Preset 3 is active.
If it says "24" that tells you you are in Bank 2 and Preset 4 is active.

This is not hiding any presets from you, they are just organized to display four at a time.
