Buying gcx & GC pro

Hi I´m concidering to buy de gcx and the GC, firs I want to know a couple of things.

Using de GCX can I place 3 loops after my Triaxis pre amp and 5 next loops between the pre amp and the power amp? like Compressor, booster, distortion---Preamp---Modulation and delay--- power amp.

With the ground controll, I run a Tc G-force and a Rocktron intellifex can I controll them apart from the instant axes switches? I mean, to have a row for the rack presets an other for the pedals and make presets combining them
