Daisy chain on voltage doubler 24V

Post by jgrego »

Hi,
I am using 2 vintage electro harmonix pedals that requires 24V power (MicroSynt, Qtron). I use 1 and 2 power output (pedal power 2 plus), set at 12v with voltage doubler and polarity reverse cable. This works for 1 pedal. I tried to make daisy chain cable with 2 outputs. When I conect to the pedals the first in line has power on and the second is dead. If I disconect first then the second works. I made measurements and there is 24V on both outputs. The current of outputs is 100mA, and the both pedals together should use somewhere around 80mA. What could be the problem?
Thanks in advance for any help.
