Dingbat Large -- Anyone got a road case they like?

I'm looking to move up from a Dingbat medium to a large. I don't like the soft bag--have well over $4.5k worth of pedals that regularly get banged around while I'm carting my gear--very afraid I'm going to damage a potentiometer or something like that and my needs are moving up to some sort of a hard case for pedals. I'd like to stay with voodoo lab, but the lack of any factory roadcase options is just killing me (been using a Voodoo Lab medium since they first came out!)

Are there any simple solutions out there that won't eclipse the cost of the pedalboard itself ($269+$500 for a Gator mixer box is ABSURD)
