Voodoo Lab Analog Chorus. Is mine modded?

Bought one of these pedals again from flea bay.

Question. I took a look inside and there was yellow tantalum cap on the back of the pcb board across 2 points on the bypass switch. Also where the R9 resistor is, there is another blue cap in series with the resistor.

So does this sound like the factory mod for the volume boost issue? I have board revision 3 I think (1999).

It sounds great. No other chorus pedal is like it. Wish you could somehow still make these.

That sounds to me like the running changes we made before a circuit board revision. So I suppose the answer is no and yes
