Pedal Switcher question w/ Tuner

Hey all.. new here.. Does the switcher work w/ a tuner? I'd like to loop my Peterson Strobostomp into its own loop and control it from there...
Also, I have a Boss RC-2 Loop Station... Is this pedal compatible?
I'm kind of a noob with these effects switchers..
