okay, so here's the deal:
I am running my pedalboard in this order:
guitar-> JHS moonshine overdrive-> ernie ball vp jr volume-> boss dd-20 giga delay-> boss rv6 reverb-> fender blues deluxe amp.
I have the voodoo power lab pp2.
All of my pedals work, but there is a problem somewhere in the chain. I am new to the whole pedalboard thing, and i definitely have a lot to learn. I'm pretty sure I have everything plugged up to the correct outputs, have the normal switched the right setting for each one.
Any ideas on what could be the issue? Right now I'm not getting any sound out of my amp unless the rv6 reverb is on. the volume pedal is working but there is no change in sound when i turn on/off the moonshine and/or delay pedal.
Sorry for the questions and I'm ready to learn! I've sort of stepped up into the whole touring band scene and would like to have extensive knowledge of my gear ASAP.

Re: beginner help
Welcome to the forum!!
Sounds to me like you either have a bad cable or a connection crossed somewhere in your signal chain...
"guitar-> JHS moonshine overdrive-> ernie ball vp jr volume-> boss dd-20 giga delay-> boss rv6 reverb-> fender blues deluxe amp."
...so I would suggest you try this method of troubleshooting:
First, disconnect everything until it's just Guitar -> Blues Deluxe to verify the guitar cable isn't at fault.
Now add your FX pedals to the signal chain one at a time, and test your rig every time you add the next pedal, like so:
Guitar -> Moonshine -> amp
Guitar -> Moonshine -> Volume Pedal -> amp
Guitar -> Moonshine -> Volume Pedal -> DD-20 -> amp
Guitar -> Moonshine -> Volume Pedal -> DD-20 -> RV6 -> amp
I would also check all your cables for continuity, either with a cable tester or multi-meter, to make sure all your patch cables are good, and double check to make sure you've made all your connections properly.
Let us know how you make out.

Re: beginner help
You can't go wrong following nytowl's advice here.
On the RV-6, I think you maybe have the B Output connected to your amp. Be sure you are using the A(Mono) Input and Output jacks only.
Let us know how it goes!
