Dingbat PX and patch cables

Most effects patch cables have right-angle connectors on both ends. But looking at the back of the PX-8 Plus it seems like a straight connector would be more appropriate. Even more so when the connection has to be routed underneath the deck of the pedalboard and into the PX-8 Plus.

What is the recommendation for patch cables and the Dingbat PX? Do right-angle connectors work fine (no obstruction or cable crimping issues)? Or do I need to make up some patch cables that have straight connector for the PX-8 and a right-angle connector for the effect pedals??

Asking before I buy the Dingbat PX ...

Straight plugs on the switcher end would certainly be easiest.

I have used George L's right angle plugs at the switcher end, so I know those will fit, but something like the classic style "pancake" plugs wouldn't work.

I hope that helps!

George L's; cool. I did not know about those. Thank you!

Also thanks for confirming that typical right angles won't work.
