ecellent cables for Pedal Switcher

Post by Hollywoody59 »

Hello Musicians and Voodoo Lab User,

This ismy first forum contact, writing from Germany and I am
using Voodoo Labs on my effectboard.
First the Pedal Power Plus2 which is for me one of the
professional bests. Its fantastic well working.
Now I have the Pedal Switcher which seems very professionally
and well builded.
But by the way I now have problems with cable connecting.
Because the cables I want to use have Neutrik plugs , they are
a lot of too big. And you can only go in with straight cableplugs
into the switcher's routings.

That means for me, away with all my expensive cables and look
for smaller and and first for cables which are one side angled flat
and the other straight. But thats a big problem to get good ones
here in Northern Germany.

So why does Voodoo Lab make such narrow send & returns on this
switcher, for what midi ins and outs..
Better will be to give that housing a small wider dimension???
I will hope you understand my sorrows at this time.
Good Luck o all and thanks for helping informations

Try using George L Straight Connectors, they work a charm and have a very thin profile.
Connoisseur of good tone.

Most people are sensitive about increasing the size of their pedalboards. They want the switchers as small as possible, as long as the buttons aren't too close together. I like the short Switchcraft 380 plugs. Also, you can put the Pedal Switcher on a small riser and that gives enough clearance for R/A plugs.

Hey - I use George Ls right angle plugs and the small cable.

I find that I have enough space out of my pedal switcher to run these with no issues...

Hi and thank you for your help.
That will give a new start and the possibility to rise up the
pedalswitch will help too.

Thank you people and god bless you all with your music
