Pedal Power 2+

Hey guys,
I have a Pedal Power 2+ and I am using it to power:
Boss RC-30
Fulltone OCD V2
TC Electronics Flashback, Polytune (w/ buffer), and Hall of Fame 2
Swollen Pickle
Dunlop/MXR CAE M404 Wah
Xotic Sp compressor

I am using the RC-30 in station 5 in the normal setting, and powering the polytune in station 6, then using the polytune’s power adaptor extender to power the Hall of fame. I have tried a couple different configurations but no matter what I am having power issues, the volume will dip out every once in a while like my rig isnt getting enough power. All of these pedals require less than 100 mA separately, except the RC 30 which is plugged into the 250 mA spot. I have even powered my RC 30 separately with a wall plug Boss PSA 120 adaptor and I am still having the volume issues. I am plugging a Fender MIM strat into the pedalboard then the pedalboard into a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe, and usig the RC-30 through the effects loop. It happens with my Les Paul, but does not happen when I just plug my guitar into my amp without the pedalboard. Any suggestions on how I can make this volume decrease disappear?

Unless, pedals/etc. are also shutting off, a volume drop would not normally have the power supply as its root cause (if power is the root cause, you would likely see dimming/flickering/etc. of the LEDs of certain pedals).

More often this would have to do with something in the audio signal path (pedals, cables, etc.).

When the trouble occurs is there also any dimming/flickering of any of the power LEDs for the devices being powered from the Pedal Power supply?

Hey Ben,
I see where you are coming from and normally I would agree, but I have tried many times to find out if it was a cable or a pedal, I have spent countless hours going through each cable and pedal spearately from eachother and the volume drop does not occur. I even took the power supply off and just powered all of my pedals by battery and the volume drop again, does not occur. I just recently went and bought replacement cables to run from the power supply to the pedals and hooked it all back up and the volume drop still occurs. The LEDs do not lise power as far as I have seen and from the specs of the power supply the power is more than enough to power all of these pedals. What are my warranty options Ben?

Thanks
